Master Property Owners Association (HOA) 

The Master Property Owners Association (HOA) fee is for the expenses of maintaining neighborhood common areas including entries, mowing and fertilizing, mulching and pruning trees. This fee is based on budgeted operating costs.  For 2024, the fee will increase by $25. The last increase to this HOA fee was in 2017. The 2024 fee is $300.00.

* The following neighborhoods have additional assessments for specialized services: Goldwell (billed by Omni HOA).

Note: An Assessed Valuation Charge is included on property tax bills from Delaware County. Fees are based on your assessed property value. Newer households may be mailed an invoice from the NCA for this charge.

NorthStar Golf Club features 350 acres of woodlands, 21 sparkling ponds, three rambling creeks and one of the longest courses in Ohio. Designed by former Ohio State and PGA golfer John Cook, this par-72 course is 7,531 yards—second only to Muirfield—features five sets of tees and 40 sand bunkers. It has quickly become a favorite among PGA champions and weekend golfers alike. Club members also have access to clubhouse and banquet facilities, pool and tennis court.
