Northstar Design Review Process
The Northstar Community Design Documents will establish a standard of excellence. The purpose of these documents is to provide a framework for the development of the site that will protect the rural agricultural heritage of the area. Through the creation of standards for the location of structures, building architecture, streetscape and an architectural review process; the development will reflect the nature of a well planned community. The Northstar Community Design Review Board has been established to enforce the standards set forth in the Design Documents. All improvements must be submitted and approved by the DRB prior to construction. At all times, the DRB shall have the absolute authority and final say with respect to all plan reviews.
